This is one of our all-time favourite appetizers, and it couldn’t be easier.
Thread the ingredients for Greek salad on toothpicks. In this picture, we used red peppers, grape tomatoes, purple onion, and small cubes of feta cheese wrapped with large leaves of basil. The basil helps to hold the cheese together, and when the cubes cooperate, I can stand them up like little soldiers. These can be made early in the day. At serving time, I drizzle with balsamic glaze. They are always a hit. Other things to put on the skewer–cubes of English cucumber or pitted olives.
